About Us

We provide aerospace, primary care, dental and preventive health care services to 6,371 military personnel assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing, 314th Airlift Wing, 189th Airlift Wing, 10 tenant units and 42,336 non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. We partner with the health care support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of care is available. We ensure active duty personnel are medically ready for worldwide deployments. We execute a more than $17.5M O&M budget annually.

19th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron

Provides aerospace medicine, dental, and optometry clinical services as well as fitness improvement and preventive medicine programs to 6,371 personnel assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing, 314th Airlift Wing, 189th AW, 10 tenants and 42,336 non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Ensures active duty personnel are medically ready for all worldwide deployments. Authorized 143 personnel.

19th Medical Support Squadron

Provides medical support and ancillary services to 6,371 personnel assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing, 314th Airlift Wing, 189th Airlift Wing, 10 tenants & 42,336 non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Partners with the health care support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of medical care is available. Ensures active duty members are medically ready for all worldwide deployments. Manages a $16 million O&M budget annually. Authorized 110 personnel.

Builds resilient Airmen by providing exceptional primary care, mental health, physical therapy and comprehensive preventive health services to 6,371 personnel assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing, 314th Airlift Wing, 189th Airlift Wing, 10 tenants and 42,336 beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Partners with the health care support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of trusted and safe medical care is always available. Ensures active duty personnel are medically ready for worldwide deployments.
