Women's Health & Pregnancy
Women's Health refers to comprehensive women’s health care as well as health issues that are unique to women, including:
- Pregnancy
- Menopause
- Conditions of the Female Organs
Be sure to get early and regular prenatal care to ensure you have a healthy pregnancy. You should also get recommended breast cancer, cervical cancer, and bone density screenings.
Our goal is to ensure the health and readiness of all women at every stage of life.
Clinics
Women’s Health services are offered in both the Women’s Health and Family Health clinics. Physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners provide services and counseling in the Family Health clinic.
Services Provided
Exams and Treatments
In addition to annual well woman exams and gynecological exams, the following services are offered to include but are not limited to:
- Evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears (colposcopy)
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Vaginal infections
- Pelvic pain
- Long acting reversible contraception
- Sexually transmitted diseases
Counseling
Counseling services offered include, but are not limited to:
- Breast cancer genetic counseling
- Family planning
- Preconception
- Contraceptive services
- Infertility
- Premenopausal/menopausal issues including hormone replacement therapy
OB/GYN Care
Obstetrical care and gynecological surgical consults are deferred to network providers.

TRICARE Covered Services
TRICARE covers well-woman exams annually for women under age 65 with no cost-share or copayment. TRICARE offers coverage for many women’s health services, including:
